What counts as an "order"?

An order is any transaction that gets synced from your e-commerce platform to your accounting system. This includes sales, but does not count refunds, fees, or reimbursements separately.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a discount but can still be cancelled (remaining months are not refunded).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
